“Batch was completely bad; I opened every one of the six boxes in the batch and all had manufacturing defects. The worst part? I reached out to customer service and they were completely unwilling to take them back for a refund because ... wait for it... the boxes were opened. How was I supposed to know the sealer didn't work, and crushed every individual capsule without opening them? Magic? I included pictures and a video.
I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service than I have with "Nikoleta". Her solution for 6 damaged boxes? A $10 credit. Talk about a slap in the face!
I've cancelled my subscriptions and will find an alternative product. Shame, I've done over $7,000 in business with Waterdrop and they're not willing to make something right - so they'll loose a long time customer over this and furthermore, they have lost my referrals.
