“These are not worth the money. They take forever to dissolve in water (over 10 minutes) and do not taste very good. I have tried two flavors and both have a chalky taste to them. Not to mention they do not have free return shipping and you can only return unopened flavors so if you don’t like them you are out money. Don’t waste your money, buy something you can return for free if you don’t like it.”
