“I drink so much coffee that I barely drink water, even though I know I needed to for hydration. One 2023 New Year Resolution was to change this habit. I began to drink a large jar of water when Iʻd use my stationary bike since January 1st, and even though Iʻve sometimes missed my daily physical therapy, I have so far met my goal to drink water. Iʻm not certain, but I believe the health benefits are beginning to be felt! Because water is "plain," I like a little flavoring, so Iʻve tried using cold brew teas and syrups, but there is something about the fizzy cube that makes me feel even happier about meeting my daily goal.
