“Well, I opened the package VERY excited to see my cute glass bottle and when I got it out of its box, it made a tinkling sound like something was already IN it....and it was glass....the bottom of the water bottle that I was so excited to receive was broken and contained in the cute cloth wrap around it so I just left it on it. I could pour out the smaller chunks of glass but the bigger chunks are still in the bottle. And then I tried to email the company to let them know! Emails did not work... I'm trying the taster packs in my own bottles and so far love the flavors I have tried. Can I get a replacement bottle at some point? There was no damage that I saw on the packaging; maybe rough shipping....”
