“I would actually need to have received the product to make an assessment. My package was passed on from UPS to USPS to be delivered via parcel locker. USPS marked the package as delivered in a parcel locker and left a non-working parcel key. I left a note on my mailbox, called AND visited my local post office on 2 separate occasions to inform them of the non-working key and to inquire about my package. I was told on both occasions that they would have the carrier on route on those days to open the parcel locker and deliver the package to my door. That NEVER happened! Finally, after 2 weeks, I returned to my mailbox one day to see that the parcel locker that my package was assigned to, was opened (with no package inside of course). Thus, I've spent $70 plus on products I never received.”
