“Love FOCUS! Great for afternoon slump. Shiro is a good replacement for coffee but drink slowly. As for the other flavours, I personally recommend mixing it with more water like 600ml and up. I chugged it (ones without the caffeine) and I felt a little off for a while, maybe such a thing as too much vitamins?? But i learnt that its better to slip on it consistently throughout the day and chug a whole bunch unless its really diluted like 1L of water”
