Water because the water finally tastes good. I don’t care for the ‘taste of water’ so this does help me drink more. I sometimes use 2 to boost the flavor. As a person that doesn't like the ‘aftertaste’ of artificial sweeteners, i dont notice it as I drink water with waterdrops added.”
