“Purchased the LUCY® Smart Cap Set. January 9, 2023 it stopped working - no longer - Purifies water using innovative UV-C light technology. Completely unresponsive even after charging overnight. Followed the steps that "Support" provided. I sent in pictures of the results. BUT apparently they cannot do anything without a video. It is rather unfortunate that I have to go through these lengths to get a replacement for the product I purchased. I offered to send in the BROKEN cap so they can test all they want and NOTHING.”
