“Water bottle is pretty but doesn't keep drinks cold and is hard to clean.
Flavors are terrible. Taste like diet drinks.
Nothing is returnable once it has been used.

Received expired packets of more than 2 weeks, and also packets with an expiration date of 10/31/22, I received them on 10/28/22, really a waste of my money, everything went to the garbage, will not risk getting sick. First time purchasing from them and not a good experience. Will not be getting anything again from them.”
