“Beautiful bottle and pretty and clever packaging but I’m not enjoying the flavor cubes .. they don’t improve the taste of the water .. some taste like lipstick or perfume .. disappointed especially at that price point”
“I'm so disappointed! I planned this as a gift, but on the day it was supposed to arrive I got an email saying my package was undeliverable....what?? No explanation, no re-send. Just a note saying they'd refund my money once they got the package back. Well, where is the package? Why couldn't it be delivered? Very disappointing.”
