“The quality of the glass is great and the flavors are pretty good, but after a few, they really all kind of taste the same. My main issue is the cost. I like the idea, its just too pricey to continue. Thank you.”
“I love the bottle. Not crazy about the flavor tablets. I'm sure if you like flavored water you would love these. Flavors aren't bad, I just personally prefer plain water. I have never found any flavoring drops or tablets I enjoy. But the bottle is beautiful and I love it. Have had comments on it and have told friends how to get one.”
“I was so excited to try Waterdrop's flavors and drink from a beautiful new glass bottle. BUT I was very disappointed with my purchase. The flavors all had an aftertaste to me of what I would describe as artificial sweetener. The ingredients list stevia, maybe that is the taste I didn't like. So first I was disappointed that I didn't like the flavors and then when I used the bottle I was also disappointed. After you wash it, because it has a narrow opening ,you can't really dry it. I left it on the counter to dry but it didn't so when I put the top on it still had moisture in it. All in all I was very disappointed that I spent over $50 dollars, didn't like the products and couldn't return them. When I contacted customer service I was told they wouldn't take back the three packs even though I had only used one packet or even the bottle. Very frustrating. I can not recommend this company or their products.”
