“I was so excited to try Waterdrop's flavors and drink from a beautiful new glass bottle. BUT I was very disappointed with my purchase. The flavors all had an aftertaste to me of what I would describe as artificial sweetener. The ingredients list stevia, maybe that is the taste I didn't like. So first I was disappointed that I didn't like the flavors and then when I used the bottle I was also disappointed. After you wash it, because it has a narrow opening ,you can't really dry it. I left it on the counter to dry but it didn't so when I put the top on it still had moisture in it. All in all I was very disappointed that I spent over $50 dollars, didn't like the products and couldn't return them. When I contacted customer service I was told they wouldn't take back the three packs even though I had only used one packet or even the bottle. Very frustrating. I can not recommend this company or their products.”
“The water bottle is pretty. None of the waterdrops tasted good. smells like vitamins, leaves a cloudy film in the glass and pretty disappointed they were so salty.”
“I love this container. I especially like that its made of glass. I always had plastic, which I hated. I can use this glass container in my car and leave in the car safely. I never trusted plastic to do that, due to hot summer and heat build up inside the car. LOVE IT!”
