“I purchased this starter set and even with the sleeve on the bottle, it doesn't keep liquid cold. I've put ice in it, and by the time I get to work the ice is melted and room temp.”
“This is probably one of the worst products I’ve ever bought. Droplets have the worst taste ever. I tried putting in two droplets to increase the flavor. Awful just awful. This company should be ashamed of themselves. They obviously didn’t taste their product. The bottle Is beautiful the mouthpiece is small enough to drink out of. The set is fancy so you would expect something so much more from this product. I’m sad. I really had high hopes for this product. We all get tired of drinking water but we need to drink lots of it. This company needs To work on the flavors.”

“Love the glass bottle. I got all three sizes that help me drink more water. I use this on my days off and rotate with the small to keep it cold. Very happy with the purchase because I got the samples sizes to try out the micro water cubes. I can drink all the flavors. It has helped when you want some flavor that I haven’t picked other sugary drink. Used a lot of them so far. I appreciate the light flavors that encourages me to drink more water. The glass bottle makes me extra happy because I had water bottles that I would get a plastic taste from which I did not want to drink water. So the glass is keeping my water refreshing and not adding extra flavor.”

Complimentary add-ons were coasters and porcelain cups which are also super cute. I did need customer service and they were fantastic!
