“The thermo functions nicely, I like the quality and the size of it, but the color definitely isn’t what I was hoping for. I ordered a sage matte, but I got a very bright green, very juvenile and not ideal for the corporate environment I work in, which was actually the activity I was planning to use the thermo tumbler most (since it has no special functionality in terms of outdoorsy activities and it’s rather minimalistic).
I’d very much like to return it and get the color I ordered since I’d think there’s been a mixup or to be able to choose another color, in case there was no mixup but the color palette on the website is simply not accurate.
Could we could agree on some sort of arrangement? I really do believe the difference between my expectations according to the website and what I actually received is patent.”
