When I received my order and tested one cube in 600 ml, the flavour was really mild, so I read the instructions that you can adjust the flavor adjusting the changing the volume of water. For best, strong delicious flavor I would say stick to 450 ml of water. I you doing sports, then choose 500-550-600 ml according to your preferences.
