“I have not received my order til date. Sad to say. Would be nice to get updates regarding delivery. I have written to Waterdrop to ask for a estimated delivery date and this is the reply I received :
We are very sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order EUxxxxx to arrive. Our Taster Packs are dispatched with the Austrian postal service, which means that your order does not have a tracking link. We have a delivery time of up to 10 business days in order to give enough time to overcome any transit delay.
However, I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 04 Apr, 2023, therefore it will reach you soon.
