“The product itself is very nice and works as it should (the temperature stays high and there aren't any leakages). Even so, I was very disappointed with the delivery process and customer service in a problematic situation. I received a wrong package with incorrect items and contacted customer service for further advice. They replied after a few days and informed me that they would send the correct package straight away, which they did. However, they weren't clear about what to do with the wrong package and after asking again, I was informed that I, as a customer, should pay the return fee (from another EU country it was around 20€). I feel this is not the way to do customer service, especially in a situation where the error was not mine but the company's as they sent the wrong package. I ended up paying the original order AND the return fee. Also, I was expecting to have some sort of compensation with the correct order (e.g. a trial package of the microdrinks or half of the return fee compensated in an updated bill), but there was nothing else but the ordered items. Because of this, I have to say that the customer experience wasn't pleasant at all and I will not order again from this company. Thank you!”
