“I needed a thermos to carry my tea with me when we are out and about as i have some digestive issues so i keep seeping hot ginger teas. This is the first one i ever owned so i did not know how seriously effective they can be, so one hour into our drive i sipped some and burnt my tongue badly. That was my mistake and a good indication of the effectiveness of this tumbler. The problem is that after 4 hours when we were back home, the tea was still hot. Now i learned to pour it in while at a lower temperature so i can drink it. Great stuff, doesn't leak and it remains cool to the touch, the lid probably should have been made of metal as well as i think that's where it might possibly lose some heat from, the lid is plastic. But it keeps stuff hot for a very long time, so far not sure how long exactly, but 4 hours for sure.”
