“I wasn’t expecting the filter part of the jug to be made of plastic, this defeated my point of purchasing a glass jug to avoid drinking from plastics and this wasn’t particularly clear when purchasing. I think a lot of people will be disappointed when they receive their order for the same reason and the design should be updated to remove plastics altogether. Otherwise it’s fine and filters the water as expected.”
