“the white plastic filter holder was virtually welded together its poorly designed i had to get a strong male to undo it and he struggled too a simple screw off screw on would be better now everytime i want to change the filter i have to ask man to help me so im not impressed and still use my electric water distiller which requires no help disappointed design for an otherwise good product”
