“Very disappointed with this. The small air intake hole by the mouthpiece leaks water when you tip the bottle to drink, so water always pours over my nose, and it is a substantial amount! When closed, the cap still leaks as soon as it is not completely vertical, such that it has lost a significant amount of water every time I put it in a kit bag.
I am really disappointed with this as I am a big supporter of the brand and its agenda, but this product is simply defective, which I would not expect for the high price! I left a complaint as soon as I received it as the fault was immediately apparent, but I have not received any response. I would expect a refund or at least a replacement cap.”
