Hi Leigh, so sorry for such a long wait, it's been an unusually challenging time with everything from COVID to floods affecting all parts of the supply chain. We also had a big delivery of biltong arrive missing half of what we were meant to receive and we still haven't been able to track it down. We've been playing a lot of catch up as a result but the good news is by the end of this week we will be all back to normal with fast delivery. Many thanks for your support
“Having SA family I'm familiar with biltong (jerky) but never had anything like this.
Usually we hang a kudu on a tree and have massive pieces we can rip and chew.
This is tiny flakes of the most exquisitely soft and gently chewy intensified beef. In 30g packets.
It's the highest quality biltong I could imagine.
My daughter thought it was chocolate when she had her first nibble, seriously, but that was a very small piece.
My son popped the whole piece in, and immediately said "this is great" and came back hunting for more and finished the packet.
So if you're thinking get the kids the collagen bars you're probably wrong; they'll prefer the biltong.
And after all, this is 92% beef, so apart from the collagen, it's probably delivering more per gram.
I'm just hoping the ramp up the sizing so we can have an actual snack and not just tickle the stomach.
Get a full sampler pack and try everything. This is great stuff. Let's put woolies out of business.”
