We're in the process of moving warehouses so we can use couriers rather than Australia Post who, although we're paying extra for express post, are taking forever to deliver packages and sadly are very rough too. If you ever have any problems with your order in the future (e.g. damaged bars) let us know and we'll happily replace them for free
Hi Malcolm, thanks for the feedback! We've designed the 30g bag as a snack that won't ruin your next meal but we do have a 100g bag in the works (better for sharing or when you're replacing a meal). The reason the bag is big compared to the 30g serve is we need a certain size bag to use an auto filling machine (a smaller bag is hard to get the biltong into which creates production issues - a lesson we learned the hard way!)

The texture and chew is perfect also, other brands I’ve found to chewy, or real tough and stringy.
