“I bought two of these - one for myself and one for a friend. I absolutely love the texture and softness of the bamboo cover, the weight of the blanket itself, and the grounding effect the blanket has. I was disappointed that his blanket does not really seem to have the "cooling" effect mentioned in the title, and that I feel significantly warmer when this blanket is on. I am hoping this is not the case during the warmer months. I also believe that some of the contents of the blanket are escaping through the material as there is now a kind of grainy substance in my bed. I found tiny, hard particles several times in my mouth (not sure that happened) after waking up. Mildly distressing!”
“I rarely write reviews for anything. However, this really impressed me! My kids keep stealing it so I’m going to need another one soon. Hopefully they will have kids sizes available? It is SO SOFT and I can really notice the quality compared to other weighted blankets. This is a lifesaver for my insomnia and anxiety. I don’t even need the TV to fall asleep anymore! “This blanket was amazing when I first received it. But after only 4 months the beads are all clumped up in random pockets so its not distributing weight at all but feels like just a few rocks inside of a blanket. Some beads are leaking out also from where so it feels like I am sleeping in pieces of sand by the time I wake up.”
