“I haven’t slept with it yet but it’s SO SOFT. And so comfy. I did want to comment because I see some people left bad reviews about washing it. You’re only suppose to wash the cover not the actual blanket! Says it on the direction booklet and the packaging ZZ also reusable bag it cake in seems like it could be used for storage or easy transport of the blanket. Weight seems evenly distributed too!”
“Loved it until I washed it - it is ruined. I’m not sure what happened exactly, but I washed it in cold. It took 4 spin cycles to get enough water out to put in dryer - the weighted filling kept distributing to one side and throwing the machine off balance, this causing an “error” in the spin cycle. Then when I was finally able to put it in dryer - on a low setting, it was ruined. The filling is all stuck and internally twisted??? It’s hard to describe, it just became totally misshapened and stuck in a weird big ball. Unusable. So angry. Hoping to reach out to the company for a refund.The whole reason I settled on this blanket was because it said “easy to wash” and “machine washable.”And regarding distribution during use, all the beads COMPLETELY went to the bottom, and she had no filling in the top half of the blanket.It’s a bummer because the shell is so soft!!”

“The exterior of the cover is wonderful. The issue I was having with the over all 12 lb blanket I purchased was, it was slinging off of me during the night from one side or the other. I'm a seamstress and I added 12 additional ties inside the cover and onto the weighted blanket and it works perfectly. The 12 ties distribute the weight perfectly.I've always been a lite sleeper and once under the blanket for 3 hours feels like a good 8 hours sleep.A good night sleep is priceless.Happy sleeping,Francine from Texas”
