“I kept rereading the ingredient list after baking because I could not believe that this was grain free. It is so good and easy to make. Did not really rise so was extremely dense but wonderful flavor. I cooked it on a pizza stone over parchment paper and got 2 extremely crusty loaves. Great as avocado toast still warm from the oven. Just make sure to let it cool enough before cutting into the center so it can congeal thoroughly and not be gummy.”
