“The texture of sandwich bread is very important. It has to stand up to the contents of what is between the two halves. I find the slices are too moist. Basically I want a dryer and sweeter taste.”
“This was fairly good but somewhat heavy with the egg. I also used coconut oil instead of butter and I think it probably changed the consistency and texture. If I made it again, I would probably only use 1 egg and use butter.”
