“Firstly, the tree is beautiful and very realistic but wow its very wide!! I looked at the height measurements but forgot to check the width so definitely one to be aware of. There are plenty of lights on there which was a pleasant surprise as I thought we'd need more. One thing to note it's very heavy so you may need help putting it up, also we can't get ours in the loft as the box is too big. But it's beautiful and can't wait to use it next year!”
“I am VERY disappointed with your customer service!!I have sent numerous messages and continuously telephoned and been disregarded by a recorded message delivered in a dismissive tone. After nearly two weeks I have still been unable and you have been unwilling to garner a reply to my request to return this faulty tree. Since it is too late to receive a replacement I request a refund on the £79.99 paid. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.
