“Loved the tree but the light function facility needs to be reset at every use as it doesn't retain memory setting and when plugged into socket not easily reached (Memory & Remote Control would be amazing).”
“Just because I’m seeing so many negative reviews I’d like to mention that ive ordered my tree and it was late only a couple of days, no more than a week. The tree came exactly as it looked on the website and the packaging was in immaculate condition.
I appreciate many people had a bad experience but there are also people who had a good experience with this company. Just remember everyone that it is the strikes to be blamed for the delivery delays and not the company.
One thing to note however, it would be nice if the live chat actually worked and the telephone number provided on the website too, as no one ever picked up the phone the times I tried to ring. It doesn’t look great on a company that struggles with deliveries as it makes people suspicious.
Other than that I’m very happy with my purchase 👔
