It has a little down side
The bottom branches aren’t very fluffy
But we love it as it is anyway
To be honest the customer service awful
None ever reply to my emails although I was stressed out to get the tree before Christmas and payed extra 1-2 days delivery service
It came in 5 days instead
At least afternoon on Christmas Eve !”
