“Rating the tree - it is as described and when fluffed out it is really full and great quality. The lights and different settings are fab and better than expected. Really happy with the tree and had lots of compliments already!
The company struggled with Black Friday demand and despite paying £7 for 1-2 day delivery, with parcelforce strikes too it took over a week to come. The customer service wasn’t great so my advice is to buy your tree in advance and not near the crazy Christmas period.
