I sent away for these little trees
JUST after christmas thay arrived when I was putting all the christmas decorations away so I Just opened the box and took the trees our to have a look thay looked OK so was put back into the box and put away with the rest of the decorations ready for Christmas this year

“At the moment I'm not happy with what I've got, 6 pieces stakes to put in the ground are missing. So can't be used.
I've contacted and all I have heard after 6 days is sorry etc and due to postal strike wevatevdealing with this as fast as we can.
However my parcel didn't come with Royal Mail it arrived by Evri, so royal mail nothing to do with it.
This is the 2nd item that's faulty or missing items in 4 weeks and after almost 2 months now the first one still hasn't been sorted.
Items would get very high praise only for the firm letting customers down.”
