“The item itself was lovely but the customer service not so much. I ordered on the 23rd of November and delivery time stated 2-3days, it arrived 5 weeks later. It was a Christmas table decoration and it arrived after Christmas. Multiple emails sent and no reply.
I appreciate things can get busy and items can be delayed but 5 weeks is a bit extreme.”
