“I ordered a prelit Christmas tree and decorations which should have arrived within 4 days. I ended up waiting over 2 weeks for the tree and slightly longer for the decorations. I read reviews which said the company don't answer the phone when you ring or respond to emails. With that said, I had left it late in the year to purchase a tree and most places I tried had sold out. When the products arrived I have to say I was really happy with the quality and would buy from them again. I'd just make sure I ordered a bit earlier next time.”
