“I am glad that you asked me about my thought.we purchased a pre-lite spruce multifunction Christmas tree and paid £82.98 including delivery charge on Dec 4th,hoping that this will make our chrimas great,unfortunately there was an error in the adress ,so the product went back.since then I have sent several emails to your customer care team, I didn't receive a single reply yet.i tried to contact the parcel company and they said that the tracking number is not valid.Hoping that some of your responsible team will see this and do the needful.
