“The tree is great value for money and looks great in our living room! Would highly recommend this.
However, the communication has not been great. We paid extra for 2 day delivery but the items arrived nearly 3 weeks later. I tried to phone with no luck and e-mailed twice to which I had no feedback, so the uncertinity if we were infact going to receive the items was annoying. I understand that these days deliveries might be running late due to lockdowns etc...however, it would have been good if it was commnicated to us and we would have completely understood and been patient knowing we would definitely receive it.”
