“Waited for longer for delivery but arrived. Quality less than expected. 12ft green garland. Lights on it perfect. Will fill it out by adding pinecones with florist wire. The 5 inch branches are only wired on and few felloff when adjusting them to make look good. Poor quality products used to make Garland. OK for short term use. Will have to be very careful with storage and unpacking it next year.”
“I sent you a email regarding the two pre -lit Garlands I ordered.
I was very disappointed in the quality and would like to have them collected as soon as possible please and my money putting back into my account.

“I bought 2 garlands which I tried to cancel twice . Nobody from Customer Service contacted me even though I contacted them 2 weeks before they were dispatched.
They arrived and I have kept them however they were quite sparse .”
“Great for what I wanted - I have the garland round the door outside and it’s the perfect thickness. Might be a bit thin for something else. I don’t think it looks as thick as it does in the picture. The different types of fir look nice and all the lights work. I’m really happy with it.”
