“Thank you for the very prompt delivery and I was pleased that it was packaged well, but I was able to remove it from the box with ease. It is a lovely Victorian 4 ft Christmas tree which coincidentally matches my Victorian house. It sits prettily in the second reception room by the fireplace, and it is in full view from the open plan kitchen and dining area. Happy that it will go on display again at every Christmas.”
“Ordered this when it was on sale at £45, it arrived next day, well packaged and was exactly as described. I couldn't find the transformer to connect it so used the live chat, a transformer was sent out and arrived 2 days later. Still couldn't connect it, so back on to live chat, to cut a long story short the transformer complete with connection wire was buried and tied tightly within the tree!!. I suggested that maybe a note should be included to say where the transformer is. Customer service absolutely BRILLIANT and this tree is BEAUTIFUL, just what I needed for the corner of my room. Will definitely buy from this company again. Will post photo's when I have it all set up at Christmas.”
