“Two stars taken off owing to issues with courier HERMES. The tree is just what I wanted and looks great. Early days but doing its job! I strongly advise WeRChristmas and anyone else for that matter to use any other courier, not HERMES. HERMES are unprofessional and will lose businesses their customers. Knowing they are couriers for WeRChristmas puts me off ordering from WeRChristmas again.”
“Whilst I am happy with the tree, communication with your company isn’t great. On 21.11.20 I received an e mail from Kathy apologising for the fact I hadn’t received my tree by the date I needed and that I had sourced another tree. She asked if I would wait or required a refund. I requested a refund. To my surprise the next communication I received was to tell me that my tree had been despatched! Due to the fact getting in touch with you is so problematic I decided to keep the tree even though I didn’t need it any longer. The product is good but communication is awful!”
