“I ordered a WRC-6005 Star LED rope light 95cm called large. A completely different size of 75cm was delivered INCORRECTYLY I made contact to say wrong item had been delivered.
WeRChrismas apparently do not have a 95cm to send as replacement so why are they advertising a product they don't have?
The performance to try and return is unbelievable.
Yes, WeRChristmas did eventually agree to a return address label with Evri (Hermes).
Went on line to Evri to have it picked up as the nearest pick-up point to me is 20 mile round trip, online Evri site cannot recognise label..
With a person at home just out of hospital after operation, clearly I cannot devote more attention to this farce.
I will NOT BE BUYING FROM WrRCristmas ever again that's for sure.”
