“The light itself is really bright, pretty and eye catching , but .... the cable is ridiculously short at around 1.5 metres and on this tiny piece of lead is also a transformer, the lead is extremely thick with a fixed plug , in my opinion even with an outdoor waterproof box this light would be impossible to use outside like it is displayed on the website pictures , I'm very disappointed as I had hoped to display it like in the pics ... on my porch roof but that is impossible , for the price of this light you would expect a much longer lead and to be able to easily use it outdoors ...straight from the box , instructions also say the the lead must not be tampered with in anyway so no room to add extra lead, I have bought many outdoor lights that have had thinner much longer leads and have never encountered this problem with an outdoor display light before now, i plan to keep it and hope it is not to bright to display in a window indoors but I'm not confident as this is clearly an outdoor display light, very disappointing.”
“Really like the light itself however it has a very ugly black short lead which can’t reach far. Not ideal for an outdoor light! My husband is going to replace the lead but it does let the product down unfortunately.”
