“It\'s a beautiful tree, but for the price, the lack of care taken in producing it was disappointing. It\'s pre-lit, which meant that some of the branches were tangled together, and as the ice effect is clearly microplastic balls coated in glue and sprayed onto the tree, many of the branches were stuck together. This glue was stronger than some of the needles, so they were pulled out when the branches were separated, and stuck out like a bad haircut. The floor was also coated with microplastic balls, larger clumps, and even the occasional cherry.
Even just letting the tree dry after it\'s sprayed and then giving it a quick shake would solve most of these issues. Take a little more care please manufacturers! A shame, because as I say, once pulled apart, re-shaped, trimmed and hoovered, it\'s a beautiful tree.”
