“Would have given it 5 stars ( I bought 2), but unfortunately one of them the plug did not work. Contacted them and a new plug sent and was assured it would work. New plug arrived and it was not like the original plug, it works but pop up tree just flashes on and off without any variation and is barely acceptable. The other tree works perfectly.
Not worth the hassle of going back online to report to be honest.”
“The tree is actually quite well made. The frame and suspension springs are all sturdy and well finished. Once set up, the tree runs a preset programme of effect modes, then repeats. Sadly, there is no means of selecting any effect in isolation or to make one mode permanent. Given that his tree is a Christmas decoration, presumably designed to be used during the winter in Northern Hemisphere countries, it was not so impressive when the changing modes began to falter and fail when the outside temperature fell below about 5 degrees Celsius. It would have got 5 stars, had it not failed so soon.”
