Takes a while to fluff out all the branches but its worth it once its all put together and decorated.
Dropped a star for customer service as raised a query ref tracking. I'd paid for express delivery which took over a week. I raised a query to check the tracking as there'd been no updates on progress. There were postal strikes at this time which I accept was the cause but it would have been nice to get a response and some communication.
Overall lovely product however, customer service could do with some improvement.”

“Beautiful tree but when it came the lights lasted ten mins before blowing. I bought a new Amazon transformer plug and it worked straight away. They also sent me one straight away when I complained so I have a back up if this goes again.”

Key to getting the best is, remember fluff everything fully. Once you’ve done that it’ll look fab!
It would take some very close inspection once you’ve done that to detect that the tree isn’t real. And the only time anyone is likely to inspect it THAT closely would be after you’ve told them “Actually, it’s artificial†and they say “It never is!†and go over because they can’t believe it....”
