“Really beautiful tree, easy to order and came very well packaged. Easy to manipulate branches and plenty of lights that look lovely and really light up the room. Took a little while to come but to be expected with time of year and covid restrictions. Would recommend, thank you”
“I’d love to give five stars. My purchase is actually worth giving a five star review but I can’t help but knock it down to three stars because of the total lack of customer service and communication. The time of despatch given was 3-5 days but after nearly three weeks having passed and having not heard anything about a delivery date i begun to worry. I then looked into reviews of this company and became horrified that I may not receive my order. I sent three emails and not one response came my way. Eventually my order did arrive and I adore my tree and decorations but this company really needs to review its customer service practices. I work in retail so being honest, transparent and as helpful as possible with order updates is vital. Some simple changes would transform this companies reviews.”
