“I would have given a 5 star rating as the product is extremely good quality for the price, especially being pre-lit. However, I have knocked off 2 stars for the lack of customer service that was provided with the order. I was completely unsure of whether my order was actually for filled due to me not receiving my product until 2 weeks after it was ordered and not the original delivery time specified when ordering . I emailed your customer service team and phoned with no luck. I then turned to social media where the messages from other buyers were not positive which made me worry that my money had been taken and I would have no product to show for it. I completely understand this year is unexpected for everyone but this does not constitute to the lack of customer service your company has provided. More communication was needed as the explanation of why there was no response from your contacts details was not mentioned on your website and only on your social media. I also did not appreciate the auto response advising that you had not received my email which was in response to my original email. Again, the product was not at fault here. I feel after this experience many people, as well as myself, would have lost faith in your business; especially as a first time customer.”
