“I ordered this tree in October and then had to send emails to ask where my purchase was and when it would be delivered, not what I was expecting!!!!! I was eventually Told when it should be delivered after they had sorted out their problems Etc etc. It arrived and when I unpacked it I have to say I am very concerned as to the huge amount of sellotape that is wrapped around the bottom where all the OPEN wires are just wrapped together. Very disappointed with this situation and do not feel comfortable leaving the tree lights on over night which is a great SHAME!!!!!!”
