I have messaged the company for an explanation, and even sent a photo as they have requested, but still no response to my complaint since :( The reason I decided to give it a 3* rating is because they garlands came quickly. I sadly have to say that the particular garlands i have ordered were not true to the advertisement, and I would not recommend the. Maybe shorter versions are nicer, but the 18ft were not.”
