“A great storage solution for delicate decorations. My only gripe was that the sections in each tray weren’t attached to the base of the tray and the base of the trays are flexible, so when picked up the weight of the decorations made the base dip and the decorations rolled under the compartments.”
“I have just received the 72 piece Christmas decoration storage bag. It is the first time I have used or even heard of this company, I found them on Google I think. The bag arrived a few days early, was excellently packed and is very well made. The size is very generous with plenty of room in each section for even my large baubles, also plenty of depth. I agree that there should be some instructions as the three cardboard drawer base liners could be mistaken for packing and thrown away. In fact they slide into the bottom of the trays and close with generous velcro envelope style tabs to stop them sliding out. These keep the trays stable and stop baubles slipping out and collapsing into the lower layer as some buyers have complained of. I also can’t understand why it is stated that there are 72 sections as there are 28 in each layer x 3 making 84 in total. Usually bags like this are skimpy when it comes to size, the sections in this are very generous with room for packing if preferred and I definitely plan to buy more storage bags from them. Not to make excuses for the Company but other Christmas suppliers I needed to contact because of problems said they were completely overwhelmed with unprecedented order numbers this year (2020) and because of this didn’t have enough stock or staff to deal with customers as they would have liked....it was due to everyone trying to make Christmas 2020 special due to Covid. I now plan to order just after Christmas or around September/October as I am hoping it will get me the best choice and service in the future.”
“The quality is good however customer service not great. I contacted within 24 hours of placing the order & asked to exchange one of the items as I had ordered incorrectly & didn’t want the hassle of returning & re-ordering. I’m still awaiting a response over a month later.
Suffice to say decs are stuffed in it & in the loft!!!”
“Really like product however 2 pieces of hard card came with the box presuming one is for the bottom and one for the top. It would be useful if their were 2 other pieces of hard card to use to separate/ secure each bobble compartment.”
“Great to get storage for Xmas decorations. It did take nearly a month for delivery but worth it when they arrived. The only improvements I would suggest would be to have a firmer lid to the box to protect the decorations at the top it is just thin fabric so there is a risk it could break easily if anything g is stacked on top of the box.”
“Easy to assemble and a great idea for ease of storing baubles. I feel the box would benefit from a hard base and top like the sides to ensure fragile items do not break or move around when the box is moved - additional cardboard dividers would suffice.
Overall I am pleased as it is a better solution than my box before!”
