“The Christmas storage and decoration box and the multi purpose decoration storage box - these storage boxes are excellent quality and i was impressed with them, but the inserts are not the ones as seen on the website. The ones seen on the website are the same strong material as the box itself, the ones i received are made of very flimsy material, they do not keep their shape and the inserts collapse on top of each other when stacked, the baubles do not stay inside their individual compartments when the box is lifted, i have some very delicate baubles which would have stored very securely in the inserts that are shown on website, but unfortunately i am not convinced these flimsy inserts will protect them. I contacted Werchristmas via email to ask why i didn't receive the inserts that we're shown on the website, that was a week ago and i have not received a reply.”
