“I really want to give this item only one star but I'm having to play this company at its own game. I gave the 32 ornament storage box a two star review but you'll notice that they don't display any review below five stars. For some reason, they can't be seen or retrieved.
This storage bag is equally as useless as the storage boxes. It should fit a 7ft tree but you'll see from the photographs that there's no way a normal three section, 7ft tree can be zipped into this bag, making it totally useless and not fit for purpose.
The inner sections of the storage boxes are made from flimsy nylon and are NOT made from the same fabric as the exterior, as stated on the website and shown in their images. The sections collapse in on themselves and are not attached to the base meaning that smaller ornaments slide underneath the compartments and move around.
I've had to return several items as they arrived broken or not as advertised on the website but the storage boxes and tree bag were purchased before Christmas and it's too late to return them now.”

“Very good quality, strong with good handles. Fits my new 7ft Christmas tree in perfectly although the stand does not fit in the front pocket which one of the reviews said that was for the stand but there was plenty of space in the bag for it. Highly recommend this bag.”
